most synthetic polymers in thicknesses from 1/64" up to
3" thick. A new calendering line consistently meets the
highest standards for gauge and surface texture.
Computerized, state-of-the-art sheet processing equipment meets extremely tight tolerances for cut-to-size or slit materials. Paper interleaver can also be provided for PSA applications, ensuring clean and talc free sheet to save you time and labor.
A wide range of base polymers are used to manufacture BRPs sheet rubber. Special custom constructions are available to meet your specific sheet needs. Standard widths are 36", 48" and 60".

RUBBA Tape is an extremely tacky self-adhering uncured rubber material which is fabric reinforced to eliminate stretching and prevent creeping or extruding in service.
This material is used in architectural
designs of buildings, vehicles and water vessels as a watertight
seal around windows or door frames or where metal panels are
joined together. It may also be used as an anti-squeak absorption
buffer or vibration eliminator in metal-to-metal applications
in the building of trucks and buses.
RUBBA Tape has shown that during accelerated weather testing, no loss of flexibility or resiliency and no surface cracking after 1300 hours of weathering exposure occurred. It was also able to withstand sub-zero temperatures (-70° F) with no adverse effects.
When ozone tested at 100 pphm for 72 hours at 150° F, RUBBA Tape exhibits no deterioration of material. Therefore, a very long service life under high degrees of ozone concentration is anticipated. RUBBA Tape is available in 1/32" through 1/8" thicknesses and widths of 1/4" through 36". It can also be custom slit to virtually any required width.

Cork Tape is an excellent seal, ideal shim and under most conditions, acts as a bi-metallic insulator. It provides an attractive cushion for base of metal and plastic electronic components, metal desk appliances such as desk lighters, pen sets, and glass tops for desks, which also gives the unit non-skid properties.
Cork Tape is sponged synthetic cork and rubber with non-stretch print cloth vulcanized to the material. CR-180 carries an extremely high tack instant grab pressure-sensitive adhesive. Backing is heavy, silicone treated non-transferable release paper. Most shapes permit tape or sheet to be die-cut and left on the backing for ready application to the production line.
CR-180 passes the requirements of Military Specification MIL-T-6841 and was tested and approved for usage by the government for sealing plastic canopies over the cockpit on aircraft. It has non-crazing properties used in conjunction with acrylic plastic.
The ground finish on Cork Tape gives an attractive appearance. Also, the close tolerance of this material gives wide latitude to the number of its uses.
CR-181 is the same except without PSA. A full length roll is 36" wide and can be custom slit to desired widths. It is available in thicknesses of 1/32", 1/16", 3/32" and 1/8".
